ESV Bashiru Saidu Bakuwai, ANIVS, RSV, MGEOSON, ACG, MIPDCRM, is a highly skilled professional in land administration, estate management, and GIS, with over 20 years of impactful service. As the General Manager of the Kebbi Geographic Information Service Agency (KEBGIS), he has pioneered the digitization of property records and introduced digital Certificates of Occupancy (C-of-O), significantly enhancing Kebbi State’s internally generated revenue. A member of the Kebbi State Land Use and Allocation Committee (LUAC), ESV Bakuwai contributes to equitable land allocation and compliance with the Land Use Act.

Nationally, he serves on the ESVARBON Investigation and PCC Committees, promoting professional ethics.
