ESV Terzungwe Timothy Dugeri a native of Mbabuande Ward of Gwer West LGA, Benue State was born to the family of late Pa Zegelike and Udiper Dugeri in the late 60s.

He holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Estate Management from the university of Lagos (2011), and a M Sc. Degree in Estate Management from the same university (2003). He bagged a B Sc. in Estate Management in 1989 at the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus.

Earlier Professor Dugeri was elevated a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) in 2008, and has been a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer since 1997.

Professor Dugeri teaches at the University of Jos and also boasts a rich practice experience spanning three decades. He has served the professional society at National and State Branch levels in various capacities.
